The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were great. i've been here three times and every time has been great. The people who own it are lovely. i am thankful for another great stay.
there was a strong smell of urine on all hallway carpets! one of the group went to buy her own disinfectant wipes so she could clean the room before the shower was used.

the staff proved lovely and very cute, ensuring requests were handled efficiently. their friendly attitude greatly contributed to a positive experience, always offering assistance when needed. their service was commendable.

The hotel offered a kettle with tea bags, coffee, milk and sugar. A tv WAS a bonus in my room. The lock on the door worked.
The carpet had some stains.

the location was acceptable. it was close to the attractions as advertised.
The room wasnt very clean. i saw brown marks on the walls and dust everywhere. I would have expected better housekeeping.
